BIKINI CARE TIPS
We want to follow you to every beach club, villa and poolside bar around the world - so if you look after our bikinis, they'll last for years to come. Here are a few ways that you can take care of your bikini that won't harm the environment.
Once you've finished in the pool or at the beach, bring your bathers into the shower with you and rinse them under cold running water - this is easiest way to hand wash your swimwear. It is better for the environment, and helps the material keep its shape and colour.
Tie up a clothes line or lay your clothes on a flat surface to air dry them, this will help remove any bad odours and will freshen up your swimwear. Using a dryer increase greenhouse gas emissions, so stick your bikini out in the fresh air.
All of our swimwear pieces come in an organic, cotton dust bag - keeping your swimwear in here when it's not in use will keep it fresh and protected from other items in your cupboard.
If you've been wearing sunscreen all day or using tanning oil, you might have a few marks on your swimwear. Use a natural, biodegradable soap like Dr. Bronners to spot clean.
